Is there a DVR unit that records off cable and then provides viewing access to multiple users over a network?

itsaGuy asked: If you know of one, can you give me the name of the model, the producer and possibly a link to their information?
The goal is to:
Manually set a recording
Record off cable onto the DVR
Have a network user be able to log into the DVR and watch the show.
Trying to find an all-inclusive setup [...]
